Merger of Komatsu Forklift Co., Ltd. and Komatsu Zenoah

Effective April 1, 2007, Komatsu Forklift Co., Ltd. merged with the mini construction division of Komatsu Zenoah.  The surviving company resulting from this merger is Komatsu Forklift Co., Ltd., which has officially changed its name to Komatsu Utility Co., Ltd.

We at Komatsu Forklift U.S.A., Inc.(KFI) are all very excited by the opportunities this presents and are confident that this organizational change will improve our ability to compete both in the U.S. market and globally.  I want you to know that even with this change, the forklift business and our dealer network will remain a primary focus of KFI.
